According to the city administration, 5 social and 1 production facility were opened in Bishkek, among which the kindergarten No. 62 "Balastan" began its operations in the Sverdlovsk district.
Notable figures present at the event included the head of the Bishkek city administration's office Ilyas Kolopov, the deputy akim of the Sverdlovsk district Ainura Arstambekova, the director of the Department of Education Rakhат Musaева, and the director of the new kindergarten Aida Suranchieva.
The land area of the kindergarten is 2,794.6 square meters. The educational institution is designed for 360 places, but thanks to modern teaching methods, it will be able to accommodate up to 560 children. The kindergarten has 18 groups, and instruction is conducted in the Kyrgyz language.
The modern two-story building of the kindergarten fully meets all safety and comfort standards. The territory is equipped with 14 playgrounds with artificial surfaces and modern play equipment.
The construction of the kindergarten began in June 2025. The project was implemented by the Capital Construction Department of the Bishkek city administration, and the contractor was the company OsOO "Lider Haus."
