The Director of the Education Department of the Bishkek City Hall, Rakhmat Musaev, was awarded the "Patriot of Kyrgyzstan Iskak Razzakov" order for active cooperation with defense-sport organizations and effective fulfillment of tasks defined by the charter.
Also, the "Hero of the Soviet Union Kalynur Usenbekov" medals were awarded to the following leaders who excelled in organizing practical classes for high school students and college students:
- Abdyjaparova Zhyrgal — Director of the Education Department of the Sverdlovsk District;
- Turgumbekova Aizat — Director of the Education Department of the Lenin District;
- Sherbaeva Samara — Director of the Education Department of the Pervomaisky District;
- Pusurmanova Anisa — Chief Specialist for Educational Work of the Education Department of the Oktyabrsky District;
- Jumashova Elnura — Director of the Center for Secondary Vocational Education at the Institute of Innovative Professions.
Additionally, the commemorative medal "25 Years Since the Completion of the Batken Events" was awarded to Colonel in reserve Taalaybek Myrzabaev, a participant in the Batken events and the leader of the military-patriotic club "Er zhigit" at the Republican Educational Sports Shooting Club OSTO.
The awards were presented by the Chairman of the Central Council of Defense-Sport Technical Organizations, Major General Anarbek Koshonov.
