In the Tyup district of the Issyk-Kul region, in the rural area of Tyup, voting began with the participation of 76-year-old Zholoochu Kyshtobaev, who became one of the first voters at polling station No. 3063 in the House of Culture.

The chairperson of the precinct commission congratulated Kyshtobaev for his active participation in the elections, and representatives of the district leadership presented him with a small gift.

“Today is a significant day for the whole country. I support everyone who comes to vote to make an informed choice. I hope that worthy people who can meet the expectations of the people will enter the Jogorku Kenesh,” Kyshtobaev shared his thoughts after voting concluded.

Meanwhile, the akim of the Tyup district, Timur Madyarov, also voted. He noted that all necessary organizational measures had been carried out on time. “Today, an important political event begins in the country. Following President Sadyr Japarov's decree on the appointment of elections, significant preparatory work was conducted. In our district, there are 41 polling stations, with 45,902 registered voters. All stations are equipped with the necessary equipment as per the president's instructions. If commission members need additional assistance, we are ready to provide support,” Timur Madyarov reported.
