“Last year, there was a water pipe burst. The work done by 'Bishkekvodokanal' was completed, but not finished: there are large holes where dirt and water accumulate. Yesterday, a car got stuck here, after which people placed stones. There is mud all over the road, and the depth of one of the holes reaches 30 centimeters. The soil was removed, but they still haven't come to fill it back in,” he said.
Employees of the mayor's office Kaktus.media confirmed that work to eliminate the emergency was indeed carried out by specialists from MP 'Bishkekvodokanal' in this area.
“We also inform you that the road is under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic. Nevertheless, the repair of this section will be carried out jointly by the Sverdlovsk administration and MP 'Bishkekvodokanal',” the mayor's office added.
