
The Judicial Enforcement Service under the General Prosecutor's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic has completed the process of collecting alimony, which had accumulated to 550,000 soms.
According to information provided by the press service of the General Prosecutor's Office, an enforcement case related to the collection of alimony from citizen K.Sh. G., residing in the rural municipality of Iiri-Suu, was concluded at the Uzgen district branch of the Judicial Enforcement Service. These funds are intended for the maintenance of his children until they reach adulthood and amount to 1/3 of his income.
Previously, alimony obligations were not fulfilled, which led to the formation of a debt of 550,000 soms. The entire specified amount was successfully collected and handed over to the recipient in cash.
