The Judicial Enforcement Service under the General Prosecutor's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic has successfully completed the process of collecting alimony arrears amounting to 550,000 soms.
According to information provided by the press service of the General Prosecutor's Office, the enforcement proceedings in the Uzgen district were concluded regarding the case of K.Sh. G., who had failed to fulfill his alimony obligations in favor of K.k. I. for the support of his children until they reach adulthood, the amount of which is one-third of his income.
The debt arose due to non-fulfillment of payment obligations; however, the amount of 550,000 soms has now been fully collected and handed over to the recipient in cash.
