30 hectares of illegally privatized land returned to the state in Karakol

In Karakol, 30 hectares of land that were previously illegally privatized have been returned. This was reported by the press service of the State Committee for National Security (SCNS).

According to information from the state committee, these are agricultural lands with a total area of about 30 hectares, located in the "Masanchy" area of Karakol.

It became known that these plots were unlawfully removed from the ownership of the joint-stock company "Zhemish" and distributed among its shareholders and employees.

As a result of the conducted activities, the former shareholders and employees of JSC "Zhemish" agreed to return the specified lands to municipal ownership for the expansion of the city, where the construction of a new residential area is planned. The estimated value of the returned plots amounted to over 22 million soms.
