11-year-old Arsen Mukhtarbeckov from the village of Belovodskoye, located in the Moscow district of the Chui region, performed at the State Kremlin Palace in Moscow, where he was listened to by six thousand spectators.

As noted by Beremet Sadyrbekova, a teacher of academic vocals at the district children's art school named after M. Ryskulbekov, Arsen, born on March 19, 2014, has been participating in the international competition "Romansiada," held in Central Asia, for three years.

In 2025, the young singer performed works such as "Zhilkychynyn Yry," "Troika," and "Rodina," which earned him the Grand Prix and a cash prize of 40,000 soms.

According to Beremet Sadyrbekova, Arsen has a unique voice and a high level of performance skill, which led to his invitation to the anniversary concert celebrating the 30th anniversary of "Romansiada," held in Moscow. On February 1, 2026, at the Kremlin Palace, he found himself among three performers in the front row of the choir and performed the waltz "Romansiada" by composer M. Mashkautsan.

Arsen's mother, Nargiza, shared that she and his father, Rinat, returned from Moscow on February 3, 2026. "My son has a dream of becoming a composer. We are very proud of his achievements," she said.

Currently, Arsen is in the 5th grade at Secondary School No. 2 named after V. Stepanenko in his hometown of Belovodskoye and is the eldest of three children in the family.
