Arsen was born on March 19, 2014, in the village of Belovodskoye in the Moscow district.
“There are three children in our family. I am currently studying at the children's art school of the Moscow district named after M. Ryskulbekov. I have been actively participating in the International Competition of Central Asia "Romansiada" for three years. I have also achieved success in previous years. Just a few days ago, I participated again in 2025.
At the competition, I performed the pieces "Zhilkychynyn Yry," "Troika," and "Rodina" to the best of my ability, which is why I won the main prize — the Grand Prix. I also received a cash award of 40,000 soms. This is the most significant award of my childhood and school years. I made my parents and friends proud. I especially want to highlight the work of my academic vocal teacher Bermet Sadyrbekova and the accompanist Cholpon Toktogulova. Thank you, my beloved teachers! My parents directed me into the world of music, and you gave me the key to that world. Our family loves literature and culture in general. My younger sister Kanikei also studies at the children's art school. She participated in the 8th International Competition "Romansiada" and received the nomination for "Best Participant." I am sure she will become a musician in the future.
If I become a composer, I will create works in different genres and provide people with spiritual nourishment. I will pay special attention to songs about parents and teachers,” he said.
Mukhtarbekov studies in the 5th grade at secondary school No. 2 named after V. Stepanenko in the village of Belovodskoye. After classes, he attends the children's art school, where he develops his musical literacy.
According to his academic vocal teacher Bermet Sadyrbekova, Arsen is calm and determined, and he accurately completes tasks.
“He is very hardworking. He puts in all his efforts to achieve his goals. His voice is pure and bright. Thanks to his diligence, he continues to achieve victories,” she said.
