The award was presented to the mayor of Manas, Ernisebek Ormokov, by State Secretary Marat Imankulov. The contest was organized by the Ministry of Culture, Information, Sports, and Youth Policy, in which the city of Naryn took second place and was awarded 2 million soms, while Kara-Kul secured third place with 1 million soms.
The head of the city emphasized that the allocated 3 million soms will be used to improve conditions for children. In particular, this will allow for the construction of new cottages at the "Altyn Balalyk" camp, which provides free services for children from low-income families, children with disabilities, and those without guardianship. Every year, between 200 and 300 children relax at this camp thanks to the local budget.
