The international jury consisting of: Khojakuli Narliev (chairman), Artykpai Suyndukova, Gulnara Abikeeva, Anna Leonenko, Sardana Savvina, and Sharofat Arabova made the following decisions:In the National Competition, the following awards were given:
1. Grand Prix for Best Film awarded to the film "Earthly Ashes" (dir. Cholponai Borubaeva)
2. Best Director award given to Venera Jamankulova for the film "My Father's Wife"
3. Special Jury Prize awarded to the film "Physical Education Teacher, Gold and River" (dir. Amanbek Azhymat)
4. Audience Choice Award went to the film "On the Trail of the Predator" (dir. Azamat Arykov)
In the International Competition, the following awards were given:
1. Grand Prix for Best Film awarded to the film "Every First" (dir. Nikolai Kotyash, Russia)
2. Best Director award given to Asan Jantaliev for the film "Elevator" (Kyrgyzstan)
3. The jury decided to split the Special Jury Prize between the films "House 16" (dir. Aziz Akhmedjanov, Uzbekistan) and "Reflection" (dir. Aishad Safaraliev, Azerbaijan)
4. The jury also decided to award a prize with a Diploma for Special Mention for creating a positive atmosphere in the film about first love "Ah, Veli, Veli...", made by students of the Turkmen State Institute of Culture under the guidance of Bül-Bül Mamedov
5. Audience Choice Award went to the film "Ah, Veli, Veli…".
