A bold project to create new residential areas is starting in Bishkek, particularly in the "Tunguch" microdistrict and near the "Altyn-Ordo" residential complex. This was announced during a live broadcast conducted by Mederbek Kydyrmaev, the director of the State Enterprise "Bishkekglavarchitectura."
According to him, in the Sverdlovsk district, on the eastern side of the "Bakay-Ata" residential area, the construction of a new extensive park and social facilities is planned based on proposals from local residents.
Additionally, in the Pervomaisky district, at the intersection of the Northern bypass road and Fuchik Street, large park zones are envisioned.
Mederbek Kydyrmaev emphasized that these initiatives are part of the updated general plan for the capital and are aimed at improving the urban environment and creating comfortable public spaces for the city's residents.
