Residents of Alymbek-Datka Street, previously known as Lenin Street, in the city of Osh will be relocated to the new residential area of Ene-Sai.

According to local authorities, on February 5, representatives of the city administration, including heads of various institutions and services, visited Alymbek-Datka Street, which falls under the jurisdiction of the municipal management "Sulaiman-Too," starting from Mamazhan Street.

During the visit, instructions were given to identify and demolish illegal constructions that hinder the expansion of the road. There are also plans to check the use of some residential houses as commercial points and to carry out dismantling work with the involvement of the relevant services.

The city administration reported that as part of the street expansion, some homeowners will be relocated to Ene-Sai.

According to Jakshylyq Toktogon uulu, head of the municipal property management of the city of Osh, residents of 32 houses located on Alymbek-Datka Street will be relocated to Ene-Sai.

“The relocation will affect 32 houses, for which there is a conclusion from the Ministry of Emergency Situations. This concerns the houses located on the cliff side of the street, below the 'Teshik-Tash' market. We plan to carry out the relocation after the construction work in Ene-Sai is completed. Currently, the demolition has not yet begun, and explanatory activities are being conducted,” he noted.
