At the meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, Deputy Temirlan Aitiev drew attention to the process of issuing land plots to citizens who are in line.
Deputy Prime Minister Daniyar Amangeldiev explained that these issues fall under the jurisdiction of local authorities.
“The problem with issuing land plots is complex, as land resources are not renewable. Therefore, we are moving towards the construction of multi-story buildings. Citizens can take the opportunity and get in line with the State Mortgage Company,” he added.
Amangeldiev emphasized that the growing population creates a shortage of land plots.
“There is a land fund, and when free plots become available, the ayil okmotu provides them,” he summarized.
