Today, a solemn ceremony was held in Bishkek to open a new sports complex, attended by Kamchybek Tashiev, who holds the position of Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and Chairman of the State Committee for National Security. The event also showcased dormitories, a mosque, and an educational building that underwent major renovations at the Republican Sports College named after Sh. Sydykov.

According to the press service of the State Committee for National Security, the new complex includes several sports facilities: a wrestling hall, stands, a dining area (food court), a modern dormitory, a conference hall, and additional rooms for educational and training activities.

The wrestling hall is equipped with the latest mats and necessary equipment for Greco-Roman and freestyle wrestling. The complex also includes training rooms, specialized sports facilities, and a cardio area for general physical training. Additionally, a mosque has been built on the college grounds.

The updated medical block and sanitary unit are now equipped with modern means for providing first aid and preventive examinations, which contributes to ensuring the safety and health of athletes.

Kamchybek Tashiev emphasized that this complex will become the main center for training not only champions but also well-rounded youth. He believes that this space unites sports, intellect, and health, opening new horizons for achievements.

The importance of the complex's opening lies in its role in developing the sports infrastructure of the region, creating new opportunities for the professional training of athletes, as well as attracting youth to active sports participation and organizing significant events.
