On December 25, the Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the State Committee for National Security, Kamchybek Tashiev, visited the championship in Greco-Roman and freestyle wrestling taking place at the "Zhashtyk" sports arena, as reported by the press service of the State Committee for National Security.
This championship, part of the national sports calendar, gathered athletes from various regions of Kyrgyzstan, who were allowed to participate according to established requirements and medical control.
Congratulating the participants and winners, Kamchybek Tashiev wished them further success in sports. During the ceremony, he awarded apartments to six athletes who had previously achieved high results on the international stage, in accordance with the directive of President Sadyr Japarov.
“I congratulate all athletes on their achievements. Kyrgyzstan occupies a worthy place in the world, especially in freestyle wrestling. We will support those who represent our country on the international stage. In accordance with the instructions of President Sadyr Japarov, we decided to reward six athletes,” he noted.
During the award ceremony, apartments were handed over to the following athletes: Aiperi Medet kyzy (freestyle wrestling) — 3-room apartment, Asan Janyshov (Greco-Roman wrestling) — 2-room apartment, Ikhtiyar Nishonov (boxing) — 1-room apartment, Omar Livaze (boxing) — 1-room apartment, Smadiyar Jumakadyrov (Greco-Roman wrestling, Deaflympics) — 1-room apartment, and Adilet Japarukov (freestyle wrestling, Deaflympics) — 1-room apartment. ```
