According to the press service of the city administration, the program of the Olympics included 10 sports disciplines: table tennis, chess, checkers, mini-football, volleyball, arm wrestling, powerlifting, Greco-Roman wrestling, WT taekwondo, and swimming.
The conclusion of the Spartakiad was marked by competitions in Greco-Roman wrestling and taekwondo, in which about 60 athletes with hearing impairments participated.
The organizers noted that these sports were presented for the first time as part of the inclusive Spartakiad. In the future, it is planned to hold them annually at the R. Sanatbaev Sports School.

- 1st place — Marsbek Kadyrov;
- 2nd place — Sayan Karybekov;
- 3rd place — Kanatbek Tyulenov;
- 3rd place — Nurislam Beyshenbekov.

- 2nd place — Aitemir Sagynaliev;

Winners in WT taekwondo:
Girls born in 2014–2015, weight category up to 42 kg:
- 1st place — Madina Sharmenbaeva;
- 2nd place — Aruuke Oganbekova;
- 3rd place — Rayana Turdalieva;
- 3rd place — Nurkyz Abdykulova.
Girls, weight category up to 32 kg:
- 1st place — Raushan Kyshtakova;
- 2nd place — Savda Makhratbek kyzy.
Boys born in 2009–2010, weight category over 50 kg:
- 1st place — Semetey Tunguchbekov;
- 2nd place — Sardarbek Kurbanov;
- 3rd place — Maxim Ugratskiy;
- 3rd place — Bekbolot Kochkorov.
All winners and prize winners were awarded cups, medals, diplomas, and commemorative prizes.
The Department of Physical Culture and Sports, as well as Tourism and Youth Affairs of the Bishkek city administration, acted as the organizer of this event.
