According to information from the State Agency for Sports, the presentation of certificates took place on December 22 in Bishkek during the opening of the Kyrgyzstan Wrestling Championship.
The Director of the State Agency for Physical Culture and Sports, Kazybek Moldazhiyev, presented the certificates to the participants.
The World Championship, which took place in September in Zagreb, was successful for Kyrgyz wrestlers: they won 5 medals, including two silvers and three bronzes.
Cash prizes were also awarded to the head and senior coaches of the teams.
Aiperi Medet kyzy, who took 2nd place in freestyle wrestling, received 750,000 soms, while Nurzat Nurtayeva, who took 3rd place, received 500,000 soms.
The head coach of the women's team, Nurbek Izabekov, received 312,500 soms, and the senior coach, Nurdin Donbaev, received 250,000 soms.
Bekzat Almaz uulu, who finished second in freestyle wrestling, also received 750,000 soms. Ernazar Akmataliev, who won 3rd place, received 500,000 soms.
The head coach of freestyle wrestling, Azat Mirakhimov, was awarded 312,500 soms, while the senior coach, Elaman Dokturbek uulu, received 250,000 soms.
In Greco-Roman wrestling, Asan Janyshov took 3rd place and received 500,000 soms. The former senior coach, Uran Kalilov, was awarded 125,000 soms, and his colleague, Azat Beyshebekov, received 100,000 soms.
