The competitions for athletes under 23 years old were held from October 20 to 27 in Novi Sad. Kyrgyzstan was represented at the tournament by 23 wrestlers competing in Greco-Roman and freestyle wrestling among men and women.
The athletes from Kyrgyzstan managed to win 4 medals: one gold, one silver, and two bronze.
The Wrestling Federation also recognized the achievements of the coaches, who received monetary rewards.
The awards were distributed as follows:
- Nurzat Nurtayeva (gold) — 200,000 soms
- Ömürbek Asan uulu (silver) — 150,000 soms
- Gulnura Tashtanbekova (bronze) — 100,000 soms
- Bilol Sharip uulu (bronze) — 100,000 soms
- Nurbek Izabekov (coach) — 200,000 soms
- Ilgiz Jakypbekov (coach) — 150,000 soms
