At a meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, deputy Gulsunkan Junushalieva drew attention to the problem of the reuse of sunflower oil in public catering.
She emphasized that this product should not be used more than twice.
“In our cafes and restaurants, there is no clarity regarding the number of times the oil is reused. A sanitary examination needs to be conducted. This is especially important for children who visit KFC, as it affects the quality of food. At the Osh market, for example, they fry boorsoks in old oil, and despite this, there is always a line of customers,” she noted.
