In the Jalal-Abad region, in the Suzak district, a scheme for the illegal sale of land plots was thwarted, as reported by the press service of the State Committee for National Security (GKNB).
During the investigative actions, it was revealed that the director of the municipal enterprise "Suzak Tazalyk Koome" named M.I., in collusion with S.N., under the pretext of providing assistance in obtaining land plots for individual housing construction (IHC) in the village of Blagoveshchenka, used fake resolutions from the village council to sell plots to citizens. Prices ranged from 700,000 to 1.5 million soms per plot.
Moreover, to legalize the illegally sold plots, they resorted to procedures for consideration through state commissions dealing with land amnesty.
As a result of the initiated criminal case, M.I. and N.S. were arrested and placed in the GKNB detention center. Currently, investigative activities are ongoing to uncover all aspects of their criminal activities, as well as the amount of illegally obtained funds and other involved individuals.
