The holy month of Ramadan in Kyrgyzstan will begin on February 19.

The start date of the holy month of Ramadan has been officially confirmed by the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Kyrgyzstan.

According to the information provided by the Muftiate, Ramadan in 2026 will begin on February 19.

On February 18, taraweeh prayers will be held in mosques across the country.

The fast will last for 30 days, and according to tradition, Muslims are not allowed to consume food and drinks during daylight hours.
