In 2025, in Manas, located in the Jalal-Abad region, mortgage housing was provided for 1,224 families.
According to information received from the local mayor's office, municipal land plots were allocated for the construction of mortgage residential complexes at 13 addresses.
The first of the complexes, "Asman Residence 1," was completed on May 12, 2025, and is located on D. Malashev Street. The key handover ceremony was attended by President Sadyr Japarov.
Additionally, on August 30, 2025, the commissioning of the residential complexes "Asman Residence 2" and "Asman Residence 3" took place, which are located on R. Azimov and Zhenizhok Streets in the "Sputnik" microdistrict. The keys were also handed over to the new residents by the president. Thus, in one year, 1,224 families were provided with housing in Manas.
Currently, work is ongoing in the city on the construction of seven more new residential complexes named "Asman Residence" with numbers 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, and 14.
