During the discussion, the condition of the building of this kindergarten was also addressed. As noted by the residents, no major repairs have been conducted since 1969.
One woman, representing the interests of the parents, made a request: "We are asking to include kindergarten No. 39 'Күн нуру' in the renovation plan for this year. The facade and roof are in terrible condition, and water is leaking from the second floor. The situation is critical."
In response to the citizens' appeals, the head of the Osh City Education Department, Tynchtykbek Dosmuratov, stated that they are aware of the issues regarding the building's condition. "We are familiar with the state of this kindergarten and have already sent a proposal to the city hall to include it in the renovation plan for this year. However, the final decision is made by the city hall. If the kindergarten is included in the plan, the renovation can be carried out," added Dosmuratov.
