According to the Issyk-Kul regional office of the Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision, the attack took place on the morning of February 8 in the eastern part of the village. A dog ran into the house belonging to a man born in 1978 and killed the sheep.
As specialists found out, this pet belonged to the neighbor of the victim. The agency noted that efforts are being made in each ayil okmotu to catch and dispose of stray dogs, and to date, their numbers have significantly decreased.
