In district No. 13, where repeat elections will take place, issues have been identified regarding the condition of ramps at some polling stations. This became known after a meeting attended by representatives of the Central Election Commission, activists from the Nooken and Bazar-Korgon districts, as well as law enforcement officials and candidates.

There are 94 polling stations in the district, 90 of which are equipped with ramps. However, as the meeting participants discovered, most of them do not meet established standards. The presidential representative in the region, Tilek Tekebaev, pointed out the need for ramp repairs, stating: "Voting will take place on March 1. Local authorities must create equal conditions for all voters. Currently, there is a problem with ramps that do not comply with sanitary and construction norms."

Some ramps have excessively steep angles, making it difficult for people in wheelchairs to move. In several locations, there are no special call buttons or signaling devices. In this regard, all responsible parties have been given instructions, and monitoring of the situation will be organized," Tekebaev added.

Of the 94 polling stations, 77 are located in schools, 7 in municipal institutions, 6 in cultural centers, 3 in sports halls, and one in a kindergarten. It is also worth noting that there are 904 registered voters with disabilities in the district.
