In the Kyrgyz Republic, electronic submission of applications for agricultural loans is being launched

Starting from February 15, 2026, online registration will be introduced in Kyrgyzstan for farmers wishing to obtain preferential loans. This was announced by the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic.

According to the ministry, an electronic queue for obtaining preferential financing will be launched in collaboration with "Aiyl Bank" OJSC and "Eldik Bank" OJSC. This digital mechanism was developed by the State Enterprise "AgroSmart," the technical operator of the ministry, and will operate on the i-Dyikan platform.

From February 15, 2026, farmers will be able to register on the i-Dyikan platform, submit loan applications, and remotely queue at the bank. The disbursement of funds will be carried out in accordance with the pre-established criteria and requirements of the preferential lending programs.

The transition to digital technologies will allow farmers to track the status of their applications in real time. Additionally, the i-Dyikan platform will provide access to government services in electronic format, significantly simplifying the process of obtaining them.
