In the Batken region, in the Kadamjay district, agricultural facilities located in the Moldо-Niyaz area have been returned to state ownership. This was reported by the State Committee for National Security (SCNS).
According to the information from the state committee, in the early 2000s, a plot of land measuring 0.86 hectares, as well as storage facilities for agricultural products, were illegally transferred to private ownership without the necessary legal documents.
As a result of the investigative actions taken, violations were identified, which have now been rectified. The entire territory, including buildings for grain drying, fruit storage, and other agricultural products, as well as associated structures, has been fully returned to state ownership.
