The Prosecutor's Office in the Kochkor district has identified cases of violations of land legislation, which led to the return of illegally transferred plots to municipal ownership. This was reported by the General Prosecutor's Office.
During an inspection conducted by the supervisory authority, it was established that in 2012, land plots with a total area of 0.40 hectares, located in the settlement of the Ormon-Khan rural administration, were unlawfully transferred into private hands.
As a result of the actions of the prosecutor's office, these plots were returned to municipal ownership, with a market value of 7 million 200 thousand soms.
