He noted that a monitoring assessment of the road conditions had been conducted.
“We also conducted explanatory work with the population at meetings. In the near future, the demolition of buildings located beyond the red line on Alimbek-datka street will begin,” the mayor added.
As a result of the monitoring, sections of 86 houses, as well as 16 residential buildings and 24 shops, are slated for demolition. Actions will be taken in accordance with the law regarding these properties that are located beyond the red line.
Currently, the width of the road ranges from 9 to 12 meters. To create a four-lane road, 24 meters will be required. We plan to expand the roadway to 12 meters by clearing it of existing structures and preparing the area. The road construction will be carried out by the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic, and it will include irrigation, shoulders, sidewalks, green zones, and lighting,” Tajibaev emphasized.
