In January 2026, the Social Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic recorded 1012 appeals from citizens.
The main issues raised by citizens concerned the increase and indexing of pensions, as well as the accuracy of calculations and payments from the funded pension scheme (GNPP).
The methods of appeal were as follows:

* Mobile trust phone — 335;
* Orally — 80;
* In writing — 37;
* During personal reception by management — 10.
