From February 16 to 22, 2026, the employees of the Main Department of Road Safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic recorded 29,894 cases of traffic rule violations.
Among these violations:
- 3,170 cases of driving without necessary documents;
- 207 cases of driving under the influence of alcohol;
- 155 cases of illegal window tinting on vehicles;
- 1,202 violations involving pedestrians;
- 4,326 violations of vehicle operation rules;
- 25 cases of auto hooliganism;
- 3,602 cases of speeding;
- 5 instances of driving vehicles with fake state registration numbers.
Additionally, 13,686 other traffic violations were recorded, and 3,516 vehicles were placed in the impound lot.
The Main Department of Road Safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic urges both drivers and pedestrians to strictly adhere to traffic rules.
