As part of the quality control of bakery products, the Deputy Mayor of the capital, Victoria Mozgacheva, conducted an inspection at the "Bishkek Bakery" enterprise. This was reported by the press service of the city hall.
The main task of the visit was to study the quality of bread that is regularly supplied to kindergartens in Bishkek.
During the inspection, Mozgacheva examined the production areas, checked compliance with sanitary standards, as well as the quality and storage periods of the products. Attention was paid to adherence to technological processes at all stages of the production cycle.
As a result of the inspection, an order was issued for the necessity of organizing regular monitoring of the quality of the supplied products to educational institutions and strengthening sanitary and hygienic supervision in production.
