The Prosecutor's Office of the Bazar-Korgon District discovered the illegal transfer of a land plot intended for agriculture into private hands. This information was announced by the press service of the General Prosecutor's Office.
It was revealed that in 2006, a plot of 9.2 hectares located in the village of 1 Maya of the Kenesh Ayil Okmotu was removed from state ownership in violation of land legislation.
Thanks to the measures taken by the prosecutor's office, the plot, valued at 7 million 763 thousand soms, was fully returned to municipal ownership.
