An illegal catering facility located on municipal land has been dismantled in the 'Ak-Orgo' area. This was reported by the Bishkek City Hall.
During an inspection conducted by the City Hall's Land Use Control Department, a facility operating without the necessary permits was identified on Kyrk-Kyz Street.
The inspection revealed that a café and a point for the production and sale of tandoor bread were located on municipal territory without the required permits. The owners of this establishment received official notifications and were repeatedly warned about the need to rectify the violations within the established timeframe.
Since the requirements of the authorized body were not met, the dismantling of the facility was carried out by the Land Use Control Department. As a result of the actions taken, 200 square meters of municipal land will be freed up.
The City Hall reminds entrepreneurs of the importance of obtaining permits before placing trading facilities and constructing on municipal territory. Compliance with established norms and rules is the foundation for lawful and stable entrepreneurial activity.
