The Committee for Land Use Control of the Bishkek City Hall conducted an inspection, during which an establishment was found operating without the necessary permits on Kyrk-Kyz Street in the 'Ak-Orgo' residential area. This information was disseminated by the press service of the city hall.
As a result of the inspection, it was established that there were a café and a place for producing tandyr bread on municipal land, operating without the appropriate permitting documents.

Notifications and repeated warnings were previously handed to the owners of this establishment, demanding that the identified violations be rectified within the established timeframe.
Since the legal requirements of the authorized body were not met, the demolition of the establishment is being carried out by the land use control department.
As a result of the conducted activities, 200 square meters of municipal land will be freed up.

The city hall reminds representatives of small and medium-sized businesses of the importance of obtaining all necessary permits before placing trade objects and conducting construction works on municipal territory. Compliance with these norms and rules is the foundation of lawful and stable entrepreneurial activity.
