During his working trip to the Issyk-Kul region, Kamchybek Tashiev, who holds the position of Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Head of the State Committee for National Security, inspected the progress of construction of two large residential complexes in Balakchy.
The first complex, located on J. Amanbaev Street, occupies a plot of 11.9 hectares. It is planned to build 32 residential blocks with a height of 12 floors, including a basement, with a total capacity of 1,850 apartments. The project also includes a school for 750 students, a kindergarten for 280 children, as well as recreational areas, sports grounds, and necessary engineering structures and parking.
The second complex, located on Dalbaev Street on a plot of 8 hectares, involves the construction of 27 residential blocks with the same height and a total capacity of 1,620 apartments.
The projects of these residential complexes include landscaped areas with green zones, modern children's and sports playgrounds, as well as full connection to engineering systems, including sewage, heating, water supply, and electricity supply.
Kamchybek Tashiev emphasized the importance of ensuring high quality standards in the construction of residential facilities.
In addition, he reported that by December 31, 2026, it is planned to complete half of all construction works and hand over the facilities to residents.
