On February 27, the Secretary of State of Kyrgyzstan, Arslan Koichiev, spoke at an event titled "Youth Dialogue – 2026." This was reported by the presidential administration.
The event gathered young professionals from various fields, university students, and active participants in social and political life, as well as a speaker and members of parliament, representatives of government structures.
In his address, Koichiev emphasized the importance of the doctrine "National Spirit – Global Heights," noting that the future of the country depends on the youth. He cited the historical actions of Jusup Abdrakhmanov, which were aimed at the welfare of his people, and expressed hope that among the modern generation, there would also emerge their own "Abdrakhmanovs" and "Aitmatovs."
The Secretary of State noted that this event serves as an important platform for both the youth and the entire country.
In conclusion of his speech, Arslan Koichiev wished the participants success and once again emphasized that the potential of Kyrgyz youth knows no bounds.
