A meeting took place in Bishkek between the Minister of Culture, Information, and Youth Policy Mirbek Mambetaliev and the head of the UNICEF office in Kyrgyzstan, Samman Jung Tapa. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry. As a result of the discussions, a joint action plan was signed, which covers support for adolescents and youth for the years 2026-2027. This document aims to create a sustainable support system for youth that aligns with both national priorities and the Sustainable Development Goals, as well as to promote volunteer activities.
One of the key tasks of the plan is the integration of digital tools. In particular, it is planned to restore the U-Report platform, update the website volunteer.kg, create a mobile application for volunteers, and systematically implement digital solutions in the state's youth policy.
