In the Chui region, in the city of Tokmok, one local resident was held administratively liable for failing to comply with animal care standards. As a result, he was fined 5500 soms.

According to the municipality, the violation of animal care rules was identified on March 5 by employees of the environmental service operating under the municipal property management of the Tokmok mayor's office.

According to the information provided by the mayor's office, a protocol was drawn up against the violator under Article 124 of the Code of Offenses, which pertains to "Violations of the rules for keeping and grazing animals." In particular, it was established that the animals were kept in a residential area in violation of established norms. As a result of the case review, the citizen received an administrative fine of 5500 soms.

The municipal authorities urge residents of the city to approach the issue of pet care responsibly and to maintain cleanliness and order in public places. Administration representatives noted that failure to comply with landscaping and sanitary regulations may lead to administrative liability.
