According to information from local authorities, as part of the presidential decree "Zhashyl Muras" ("Green Legacy"), aimed at improving and greening populated areas, tree planting activities were carried out in the city of Orlovka, located in the Kemin district.
On Frunze Street, 100 seedlings of white birch were planted. Authorities noted that this is just one of the measures aimed at improving the ecological situation in the city.
Greening activities also covered other areas: an additional 100 Tien Shan spruces were planted on Kudryashov Street, and the central park was adorned with 50 seedlings of catalpa.
Local authorities plan to continue efforts to increase green spaces in the city.
