Today, a presentation of the new head of the administration of the Bakai-Ata district, Zarylbek Tynibek uulu, took place in the Talas region. This event was held under the leadership of the authorized representative of the President of Kyrgyzstan in the region, Ermat Jumayev.
It became known that the appointment decree was signed by the country's president, Sadyr Japarov, on March 6.
Zarylbek Tynibek uulu, born in 1990 in the Bazar-Korgon district of the Jalal-Abad region, has a higher education.
Professional path:
2018-2020 — served as the deputy head of the Jalal-Abad branch of the state enterprise "Kyrgyzteplokommunenergo";
2019-2021 — deputy of the Jalal-Abad city council;
2021-2025 — worked as the head of the "Jalal-Abadvodokanal" management;
2025-2026 — held the position of head of the "Manasvodokanal" management.
Before becoming the akim, he headed the water supply management in the Manas district since December 2025.
