
In an interview with the program "Elden Sobol" of the "Kabar" agency, Timur Orozaliev, the director of the Department for Regulation of the Fuel and Energy Complex at the Ministry of Energy of Kyrgyzstan, stated that the cost of one kilowatt-hour of electricity for 2026 will be 3 som 3 tyiyn.

The Deputy General Director for Commercial Affairs of JSC "NESK" Ulubek Duysho uulu noted that Kyrgyzstan maintains the lowest tariffs among Central Asian countries. He provided comparative data: in Kazakhstan, tariffs range from 4.31 to 5.54 som, in Uzbekistan – from 4.30 to 7.30 som, and in Tajikistan – from 3.16 to 3.60 som.
"Our tariffs are 2-3 times lower than in neighboring countries," concluded Ulubek Duysho uulu.
