Municipal enterprise "Tazalyk" is actively engaged in snow removal and salting of streets in Bishkek. This is reported by the city administration. The work began on the night of March 10.
The following types of specialized equipment are involved in the process:
- 32 units of MAZ for salting;
- 10 units of Shacman for salting;
- 1 front loader;
- 1 excavator;
- 32 Belarus tractors;
- 5 universal communal machines (UCM).
Also participating in the work are 20 road workers and over 1,000 employees engaged in sanitation.
Since the start of the work, 581 tons of technical salt have been used to prevent ice formation.
It is important to note that snow removal and road salting are ongoing.
