A distribution of food packages took place in Bishkek for 500 families facing financial difficulties. This information was provided by the Ministry of Labor, Social Security, and Migration.
According to the agency, the event was part of a charitable campaign organized at the Republican Prosthetic and Orthopedic Institution. The products were distributed not only to residents of the capital but also to residents of the Chui region.
This initiative was implemented during the holy month of Ramadan and supported by the Office of Program Coordination in Bishkek of the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA).
The Ministry also noted that the recipients of aid were identified in advance and expressed gratitude to its partners for their assistance in implementing social initiatives aimed at helping those in need.
