The Plenipotentiary Representative of the President in the Talas Region, Ermat Jumayev, along with the Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services of the Kyrgyz Republic, Talantbek Imanakun uulu, held a working meeting on March 12 at the "Manas Ordo" complex.

According to the representative office, the discussion focused on the current state of construction, identifying shortcomings, as well as accelerating the pace and improving the quality of the work being done.

“Manas Ordo” is expanding threefold. The complex will feature a digital museum and a congress hall
The area of the new museum will increase from 400 to 1200 square meters; it will be modernized and transformed into a contemporary digital art museum with new exhibits. In the coming days, work on the interior finishing will begin. There are also plans to construct a new congress hall for 300 seats and a two-story administrative building with an area of 1000 square meters.

Due to the warming weather, construction work is planned to switch to a two-shift mode. At the same time, work on landscaping and tree planting will begin.

“All work is expected to be completed by August 31. This year, Kyrgyzstan's Independence Day will be celebrated in the Talas Region, where the main venue for the celebration will be the 'Manas Ordo' complex,” the statement noted.

The reconstruction, initiated by President Sadyr Japarov, aims to create a unique cultural and technological center in Central Asia.

It is worth noting that the beginning of the reconstruction was laid on November 13, 2025, when a time capsule was placed in the foundation of the future complex during the President's working visit to the Talas Region.
