During a working meeting with judges from the Chuy region, the Chairman of the Supreme Court, Meder Satyiev, expressed dissatisfaction with the performance of several judges.
He listened to a report on activities for the year 2025, which noted that over the past year, more than 42,000 cases were considered in the regional court, and the percentage of court decisions left unchanged was 60–70%.
Satyiev pointed out the low performance indicators of some district court judges, noting that efforts to unify judicial practice and the coordinated application of legislative norms through judicial generalizations remain at an insufficiently high level.
