A meeting dedicated to the modernization of the central stadium took place in Toktogul, as reported by the Kyrgyz Football Union.
The Vice President of the KFU, Dastanbek Konokbaev, the General Secretary Mederbek Sydykov, and the advisor to the President of the KFU, Aman Kaskerimov, conducted a working trip to the Jalal-Abad region, where they met with the Akim of the Toktogul district, Akylbek Tyukebaev, and the mayor of the city, Bekmamat Baktybekov. During the discussions, important issues were addressed, including the replacement of the artificial surface with hybrid turf at the Toktogul central stadium.
It is worth noting that on September 14, 2025, the grand opening of the reconstructed stadium named after Ergash Ormonov took place in Toktogul. This new facility, built on the site of the old stadium which was erected in 1980, can accommodate 3,450 spectators. It is also equipped with artificial turf, a modern lighting system, and VAR technology.
Additionally, representatives of the KFU attended the match of the 3rd round of the KR Premier League, in which the teams "Toktogul" and "Bars" faced off at this stadium.
