In Talas, a stadium is being built that is expected to meet international standards. This was reported by the Kyrgyz Football Union.
During a working visit, the Vice President of the KFU, Dastanbek Konokbaev, the General Secretary, Mederbek Sydykov, and the advisor to the president of the KFU, Aman Kaskerimov, visited Talas to familiarize themselves with the construction progress of the new 5,000-seat stadium.
During the visit, the KFU leadership emphasized the quality of the work being done, highlighting the importance of the facility meeting international requirements and standards for football infrastructure.
Additionally, during the visit, KFU representatives inspected the football field located on the territory of School No. 6 in Talas and assessed its current condition.
It is worth noting that the capsule symbolizing the start of the stadium's construction was laid on April 9, 2025. After the construction is completed, the Talas region will have the opportunity to host international football matches.
It should be noted that this stadium will become the main home ground for the football club "Asia," representing Talas.
