The capsule was laid by the mayor of Bishkek, Aibek Junushaliev.

The mayor noted that the initiative to create a new base is aimed at recognizing the work of the employees of the municipal enterprise "Tazalyk" and improving their working conditions. The new facility will significantly strengthen the material and technical base of the enterprise and create safer and more comfortable working conditions, which in turn will enhance work efficiency and the quality of municipal services.

The total area of the land for the new base will be 4.13 hectares, and the area of the buildings will be 11,500 square meters.

On the territory of the new facility, there will be production and repair shops, hangars for special equipment, a technical salt warehouse, a waste transfer station, as well as parking for special vehicles and social, domestic, and sports facilities for employees.

In 2025, the municipal enterprise "Tazalyk" acquired 62 units of specialized equipment, which contributed to a significant renewal of the fleet and increased operational efficiency. The number of subscribers of the enterprise has now reached 1,041,828 people. Construction of waste sorting points has also begun in Bishkek, which is an important step towards implementing separate waste collection and improving the environmental situation in the city.
